The Market History
Started with approval from the Glade Spring Town Council in 2006. Initial mission was to bring attention back to the Town Square and to provide local farmers an outlet to sell their wares. Plans are being made for a permanent market structure in the near future.
About the Market
Glade Spring Farmers Market offers a large selection of local produce, eggs and farm crafts. Most Saturdays we offer special events for our patrons, such as music, educational events, blood pressure checks, apple cider making, etc.
Finding the Market
From Interstate 81, take exit 29. Take Maple Street toward Glade Spring. Maple St. turns into N.Glade Street then bear left onto Town Square Street. Just over one mile from Interstate.
